Terms and conditions

The ISAD Committee, under the chairpersonship of Prof. John SU, offers travel grants consisting of complimentary registration, and a travel stipend.

Requirements

• The travel grants are only available for primary presenters attending the conference in-person in Melbourne.
• Applicant must have submitted at least one abstract.
• Applicant must provide proof of the means of transportation (invoices, plane ticket, etc.) and expenses incurred.
• Applicant must not have previously received one of the ISAD grants for the last 3 years.
• Applicant will be expected to prepare a brief report at the conclusion of their experience.

When is the money transferred?

• Payment will be initiated in EUR by the treasurer of ISAD Society after the Symposium
• Depending on the payment mode, the transfer from our bank can take up to 4 months to be completed, if any verification occurs)
• Conversion fees are supported by the recipient.
• Payment is not possible on site, nor with cash.
