The general conditions of use described below apply to the platform.isad.org website. The user accepts them by the mere fact of his connection to the site. These general conditions of use are liable to be modified by ISAD at any time, without prior notice.

Access to the site

ISAD implements all means to maintain access to the site at all times, except in cases of force majeure. ISAD cannot therefore guarantee permanent access to the site, but recommends that its users contact by email in the event of a problem.

ISAD reserves the right to close access to the site at any time and without notice. The user acknowledges that ISAD cannot be blamed for any interruptions in access to the site.

Photos, logos, elements of the database, graphic and editorial elements constitute the content of the site. The entire content of the website is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or representation of the content must be authorized in advance by ISAD, under penalty of constituting an infringement within the meaning of the Intellectual Property Code.

As such, the user must not copy or divulge the contents presented by the site without the express authorization of ISAD.

For scientific content, the authors retain copyright ; you can not use the content published on this site without written permission.

ISAD may present on the site hypertext links to the sites of its partners. Connecting to these sites will open a new window in the user's browser, the content of which ISAD is not responsible for.

Responsibility

The information provided by the site comes from sources deemed reliable. However, ISAD recommends the user to ensure the validity of this information. Indeed, some may turn out to be erroneous or be the subject of typing errors.
